We had a massive water damaged to our office floor due to a damaged down pipe. Roy and the team attended to the site within an hour and restored the carpets and flooded area before it could damage more. Thank you guys. Great job. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Not deliver on promises! – Refuses to at least rectify the issue even though assured me that it would be fixed – Asked to do it again and also pay him if needed and walked away without explanationBE CAREFUL!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Used this services in April to steam clean couch to remove pet urine smell I expected the products they used to remove the smell. He advised that the products he used would get rid of the smell however it did not. Contact him to come back to re-do after following him up several times, he rocked up in August and refused to re-do the couch, with the excuse that no chemicals will get rid of the smell. Very un-professional and walked away without even rectifying the problem. Don’t waste your money BE AWARE!!! he will just rip you off.

We had just moved into a home with carpets that had stains, embedded cat fur, and an odour of cat urine. Having allergies to the fur, we needed the carpets cleaned ASAP. Roy was willing to travel to Pakenham soon after the call (on a Saturday!) to help us out. His patience, care, and attention brought out excellent results. Thank you so much!
